For visitors needing information or directions, airport information booths are located on the lower levels of the domestic terminals and on the upper and lower levels of the International Terminal. A foreign currency exchange is located on the lower level of the International Terminal. O’Hare is located 13 miles from downtown Chicago. During rush-hour it can take up to an hour to drive downtown, while during the middle of the day and evenings it takes approximately 30 minutes. Taxi’s cost approximately $30-50 one-way from O’Hare to downtown Chicago.

The one-building airport is divided into three terminals: A, B, and C. The information booth and all vehicle pick-up services are available in the main lobby at the airport's center entrance. Midway is located 12 miles from downtown Chicago. During rush-hour it can take up to 45 minutes to an hour to drive downtown, while during the mid-day and evenings it takes approximately 20-30 minutes. From O'Hare International Airport
Take Kennedy Expressway (I-90/94) East to Ohio Street exit. Proceed on Ohio to State Street and turn right. Turn left at Wacker Drive. Hotel will be down approximately 2 blocks on the right.
From Midway Airport
Take Cicero Avenue North to Stevenson Expressway (I-55) North. Exit at Dan Ryan Expressway (I-90/94) West. Exit at Washington Street and proceed East to Michigan Avenue. Turn left. Proceed North to Wacker Drive. Turn right. Hotel is one block on right.
Continental Airport Express departs every 10-15 minutes from O’Hare and Midway baggage claim.

From Interstate 90/94
To entrance: Heading either north or south on I-90/94, exit at Ohio Street. Follow Ohio east to Michigan Avenue. Turn right. At the second light, turn left on Illinois Street. At stop sign, turn right. Gleacher Center is on right.
To area parking: Heading either north or south on I-90/94, exit at Ohio Street east. Follow Ohio east to St. Clair Street, which is one block beyond Michigan, and turn right. Travel one block on St. Clair and to Grand Avenue and turn right. Travel one block on Grand Avenue to Lower Michigan Avenue and turn left. Travel one more block on Lower Michigan Avenue and to Lower Illinois Street and turn left. Parking is two blocks down on the right. Standard parking fees apply.
From Lake Shore Drive
To entrance: Heading either north or south on Lakeshore Drive, exit at Grand Avenue. Follow Grand west to Columbus Drive/Fairbanks Court. Turn left to East North Water Street and turn right. Gleacher Center is straight ahead.
To area parking: Heading either north or south on Lakeshore Drive, exit at Grand Avenue. Follow Grand Avenue west to Lower Michigan Avenue, approximately four blocks, and turn left. Travel one block on Lower Michigan to Lower Illinois Street and turn left. Parking is two blocks down on the right. Standard rates apply.

Take your first immediate right on to North Upper Michigan Avenue.
Take your second right onto East Upper Illinois Avenue.
