BriForum Geek Out game show set is ready to go!

April 12 » After several weeks of work, approximately 1 oz of spilled blood, 1 pound of screws, 200 staples, and 800 feet of double sided tape, the BriForum Geek Out set is ready to go. Not to mention the hours spent on the custom Flash game board!

Check out the BriForum 2007 interactive conference guide

April 04 » We've always tried to make our BriForum conferences different from standard conferences. This year we're proud to announce that we're completely getting rid of the spiral-bound paper conference guide and replacing it with a Flash-based digital guide.

BriForum 2007 is on track to sell out

April 02 » If the current pace of registrations continues, we will definitely sell out of BriForum admission tickets. Unfortunately due to the size of the venue, we cannot increase the number of tickets. So if you haven't decided whether you'll attend or not, you'd better buy a ticket soon.

BriForum Agenda is just about done

February 26 » Gabe writes about his experience trying to put together the agenda for BriForum.

Announcing the BriForum Geek Out: A technical game show for geeks

January 12 » BriForum 2007 will mark the debut of The BriForum Geek Out, a retro-style, very kitsch game show where we'll find three contestants in the audience to play for a chance to win $599 cash and an all-expenses paid trip to BriForum 2008.

BriForum 2007 technical breakout session list is now available (60 sessions so far!)

January 09 » Now that we're into 2007, BriForum seems like it's just around the corner. We received over 100 session proposals this year, and we've narrowed the list down to about 60 sessions. Continuing the trend, this year's conference is set to be the best yet!

Reminder: BriForum 2007 Sessions Due Friday!

November 29 » 2007 is just around the corner, and so is BriForum (April 23-25 in Chicago). As we wrote previously, we will again be accepting session submissions from the community. If you would like to present a breakout session, please send us your ideas. If we choose your session then we'll give you a free pass to BriForum and pay for all of your travel and hotel expenses.

Check out our BriForum 2007 Magazine Ad

November 09 » Last week I wrote that we scored some ad space in the print edition of the upcoming Windows IT Pro magazine. We worked over the weekend to put an ad together, and now we can show the results of our first ever print ad!

Help us design a full-page magazine ad for BriForum

November 02 » Now that our BriForum 2007 plans are moving ahead full steam, we're starting to think about advertising. We have traditionally only advertised BriForum online, but this year we're going to try to reach out to others who may not be familiar with BrianMadden.com. To that end, we're taking out a full-page ad in the printed edition of Windows IT Pro magazine.

BriForum 2007 Website is Live. Registration and Session Submission is now open.

November 02 » The BriForum Spring 2007 website is now live. Registration is open and you can start submitting technical session proposals. The big news, however, is that this year we're going to focus on application delivery in general, so we'll have more room for Softricity and VDI discussions, in addition to our tradition Citrix, terminal server, and server-based computing conversations.

Save the Date: BriForum 2007 will be April 23-25, in Chicago

October 18 » BriForum 2007 will take place Monday, April 23 through Wednesday, April 25, 2007, at The Gleacher Center in Chicago. We're working on getting the website up right now, but we wanted to get this information out there since lots of people have been emailing and asking about it.
