BriForum Spring 2007 Sponsorship Checklist & Deadlines

This page contains up-to-date information you need as a sponsor for BriForum 2007. (Note: Sponsorship is sold out. This page is just for people who are already signed up to sponsor.)

Company Logo

Please submit a high quality logo (in EPS format, for instance) to Emily at emily@brianmadden.com no later than March 12. Please include fonts if necessary, and do not worry about the size of the logo, as we will make adjustments as needed.

Company Bio

Please send us a one paragraph description of your company. The sponsor bios will be placed into the BriForum conference guides. The descriptions currently located on our BriForum website were taken directly from your company website. If these descriptions are satisfactory, do not worry about sending us another description. If you would like to make changes to the description we have online (http://www.briforum.com/us/2007/sponsors.aspx), please send changes to Emily, at emily@brianmadden.com, by March 12.  

Digital Commercials / Banner Ads

There are three ads that we need from you:

Banner ad for digital conference guide

  • 728x90
  • Vector-based flash is ideal since it will “scale”
  • PNG is next-best
  • URL we should link to

Video commercial in our media player

  • Any size and any bitrate
  • Send it to us in a “standard” video format. (AVI, MOV, MP4, etc.)
  • Send it to us in the highest quality you can. We’ll compress it for serving.
  • URL we should link to
  • Max length of 10 seconds

Banner ad in our media player

  • 220 pixel wide by 100 pixels tall
  • Vector SWF preferred, then PNG, then anything.
  • URL we should link to

Lunch Time Sponsor Sessions

For those sponsors who reserved a lunch time speaking session, please remember that your audience is technical, and therefore your session should be as technical as possible. If you have any questions about the format of your session, or possible session topics, please contact Emily at emily@brianmadden.com or Brian at brian@brianmadden.com. Please submit a brief description of your session to Emily by March 20.


Employee Discount

Your sponsorship entitles you four free passes to BriForum for your employees, plus an unlimited number of $250 employee discounts. The discount code for sponsor employees was sent to you via email. This code can be entered under “coupon or gift card” after you have placed your order into the shopping cart. Please contact Emily Monaco (emily@brianmadden.com) for discount code details.

$100 Discount for your customers

Your sponsorship also entitles you to an unlimited number of $100 discounts for your customers. The discount code for sponsor customers was sent to you via email . This code can be entered under “coupon or gift card” after you have placed your order into the shopping cart. Please contact Emily Monaco (emily@brianmadden.com) for discount code details. The discounts are included in your sponsorship package, so take advantage of them by inviting your customers and colleagues to this event!

Day Passes

Based on feedback from previous BriForum sponsors, we are now offering day passes for attendees. If you have customers or employees who can only attend the conference for one or two days, you can now purchase tickets for individual days.

Exhibitor Locations

Exhibitor locations will be chosen by you, in the order that you signed up to be a sponsor. More information will be posted soon, including a map illustrating the exhibitor space.

Booth Space

Each sponsor will be provided with a table that measures 8’ x 23”. Table linens will be provided, as well as chairs. We do not allow sponsors to bring gigantic pop-up displays to BriForum. Our focus is on the technology--this is not your typical tradeshow. Here is what we do and do not allow at BriForum:

  • 24 x 72 banner stands are allowed.
  • 10’ pop-up displays are not allowed.

If you can think of anything else you need from us, just let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your needs!

Audio/Visual Services, Equipment, and Internet Availability

Wireless and wired internet access will be provided at no additional cost. Please contact Heather Meibach at Heather.Meibach@chicagogsb.edu or 312-464-8773 for information on audio/visual rental.

Podcast Interview for Brian Madden Live

As a sponsor, you are invited to participate in a podcast interview with Brian Madden! This is your opportunity to discuss your product/s with Brian, an interview that will be posted to our brianmadden.com website soon after BriForum is complete. This is a unique way to advertise your company and product/s. 

Sunday Setup before the conference

Sponsors are welcome to visit the venue on Sunday, April 22, between 10am and 3pm for early setup. More detailed information will be posted soon.

Shipment and Delivery of Materials

You many ship your materials to the Gleacher Center at the earliest, one week prior to the event (April 15, 2007). If you have very large materials that need to be shipped, please try and send them towards the end of the week, April 19th or 20th, so that the Gleacher Center will have ample storage for all groups in house. All materials must be clearly labeled with the following information:
