Brian Madden is an independent technology analyst, author, and thinker. He's written several books and hundreds of articles about desktop and application virtualization technologies. Ron is Director of Technical Architecture for RapidApp in Chicago. As the senior RapidApp Technical Architect he is responsible for the oversight and development of all RapidApp-coordinated designs, plans, and deployments. Ron has been published in several industry magazines and is the co-author several books including CCA Study Guide for MetaFrame XP, Terminal Services for Microsoft Windows Server 2003, and VMware ESX Server: Advanced Technical Design Guide. In addition Ron has been recognized by Microsoft as one of 13 worldwide Terminal Server MVPs.

Gabe Knuth is an Omaha-based technical analyst for The Brian Madden Company. He focuses on the technical side of the various server-based computing products in the industry. Gabe began working with Windows-based products and Citrix in 1998 while working for a national consulting firm. Since then he has worked in a variety of different industries, including healthcare, financial, insurance, and logistics, focusing on Active Directory and server based computing.

As Chief Technology Officer, Jeroen van de Kamp is responsible for defining and executing the technical strategy for Login Consultants, a widely recognized international virtualization consultancy firm based in USA and Europe.
He has developed several core solutions which allow Login Consultants to easily differentiate themselves in the virtualization consulting market. Examples of these are Infrastructure 2.0 and Solution4; this is the unconventional strategies and maintenance principles for virtualization services in high density data centers. Thomas has been working with Citrix products since 1998 as a system administrator, consultant, and freelancer. Since March 2006 he has been an independent freelancer for Server Based Computing and virtualization. In previous jobs he was responsible for the worldwide Exchange system, central Backup, and data center virtualization. Even though Thomas works in the IT industry, he has a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.
In 2003, Thomas started posting in the official Citrix support forums with the alias “CITRIX4GE” and very quickly became one of the top posters. Later on launched the website http://www.CITRIX4GE.de as a response to forum requests and moved to ThomasKoetzing.de in the February 2006. His website is famous for Citrix / Terminal Server FAQ and Web Interface customizations.
Citrix invited Thomas to speak at the “Citrix Support & Engineering Institute of Technology” (CSEIT) in October 2004. He also presented at BriForum 2005/2006, PubForum 2005, SBC Solution Forum 2005 and at the Citrix User Group Norway 2006. Thomas has also written several articles posted on BrianMadden.com as well on his own new domain ThomasKoetzing.de. In July 2006 Microsoft awarded Thomas as a Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Terminal Server and in the same month Thomas was also awarded as Citrix Technology Professional (CTP).

Claudio Rodrigues is a Senior Technical Architect/Consultant based in Ottawa, ON, Canada. He has been deploying Server Based Computing solutions since the OS/2-based, Citrix WinView days (circa 1995). Thanks to his contributions to the terminal services community, he was the first person to ever receive the Microsoft MVP award for Terminal Services. He was the CEO of Terminal-Services.NET, the company that originally developed tools like WTSGateway Pro and WTSPortal, later acquired by 2X Software Ltd. His main idea was to bring easy to use, reliable and affordable tools to the server based computing market. Cláudio has also worked all over the world doing terminal services deployments and speaking at many different and interesting places. After leaving 2X in February, 2006, he is now working on new and exciting products and ideas for the TS community at WTSLabs. On his spare time he manages to do consulting work, conducting on-site training, and speaking at several conferences. Now all he wants is to bring Brian Madden's training to Canada!

Bernhard Tritsch is Chief IT Architect at Login Consultants, a leading IT infrastructure consulting firm in the field of access, virtualization and deployment. Tim Mangan is the founder of TMurgent Technologies, a consulting and software development company he started in 2002 that is based in Massachusetts. Mr. Mangan has twenty-five years of experience developing hardware and software products for both the Enterprise and Service Providers. He also has considerable experience in taking complex technical problems and explaining them in concise, and understandable, forms. His White Papers on HyperThreading ("Should you enable HyperThreading on Server 2003") and Server Performance ("Perceived Performance") are examples of well researched and written independent papers. Wilco van Bragt is the founder and author of the VanBragt.Net Server Based Computing Centre. On this website Wilco publishes SBC related product reviews, SBC related articles, reviews of freeware products, and blogs about several SBC topics and events. Various reviews and articles written by Wilco are also published on other well-known SBC websites.
Since 2000, Wilco van Bragt`s primary focus has been server based computing using primarily Microsoft and Citrix technologies. Shawn Bass is an independent consultant that specializes in Server Based Computing technology. He has been involved in Citrix related technologies since the WinView product and has worked through each new version of Citrix’s products over the years. Kevin Goodman is the CEO and founder of RTO Software and has over 20 years of experience in the computer software industry. Mr. Goodman is the author of Windows NT: A Developer's Guide, Building Windows 95 Applications, and several articles for Microsoft Systems Journal, Windows Tech Journal and NT Developer. Rick Dehlinger brings over sixteen years of IT engineering, consulting, management, and enterprise experience to the community. In 1994, Rick began his career in the Citrix/Virtualization industry with a pioneering Citrix integrator in the Northwest. He 'cut his Windows Server teeth' on Citrix "South Beach" (which became WinFrame) and never looked back. He began teaching classes on Citrix in 1997, and was one of the inaugural Citrix Certified Instructors when the program was first formalized.
Rick joined Citrix in 1999 as a Systems Engineer, and quickly became one of the most trusted technologists in the Citrix community. He is known in the industry through uncommon outreach efforts such as the widely distributed 'Installation and Tuning Tips for Citrix MetaFrame' document, the CitrixNW support forum, Project Columbia, Project Willamette, TweakCitrix.com, and the Cal-AID Reference Design. Thorsten is focussed on managed environments and has more than 15 years of experience in IT systems engineering. He has implemented large-scale installations for worldwide companies. Currently he is the principal architect at net.workers corporation, a german consultancy experts group where he is engaged on secure application delivery architecture, high-availablility and virtualization solutions. Responsible for designing, integrating, and troubleshooting "unattended datacenter setup" installations (typically leveraging Citrix Access Suite software and hardware), he combines his skills in programming with a deep knowledge on infrastructure and client applications. Jason Conger started his Server Based Computing career working for a Citrix Platinum partner where he performed design and implementation projects for world-wide corporations, provided training for system administrators and people seeking certification, and presented numerous technical seminars through the Citrix channel. Simon Frost has been with Citrix since 1998. He has worked on many aspects of Presentation Server, in particular the ICA protocol and Management Products. Simon led the team which produced the first version of MetaFrame for UNIX. More recently Simon has been working on mobility considerations for Citrix products and on the Access Essentials product line.
Prior to Citrix, Simon worked for Insignia Solutions developing PC emulation solutions, including the 16 bit VDM included in Microsoft Windows NT.

Juliano Maldaner joined Citrix 18 months ago, working as product architect of presentation server. His responsibility is to help the translation of customer requirements into product requirements. Some of his initial work was recently released as part of Presentation Server 4.5 Feature Pack 1, but most of it is yet to be released.
Juliano has over 12 years of software engineering experience, working for various companies, such as IBM and Motorola. Before joining Citrix, he was lead architect of Xpoint Technologies, developing disaster recovery software.
